| Funding Opportunities |
|
Need financial assistance to help you get to the 2025 Annual Conference? EACE scholarships and grants are designed to make the Annual Conference as accessible as possible to those who are interested in attending. Applications for 2025 grants and scholarships open in early December and close in early March, 2025. Stay tuned for more details about these opportunities.
Professional Development Grants
Candidates must be current EACE members. Do you need assistance with registration, hotel, or travel cost? All of the above? We encourage you to apply for a grant to help you get to the Annual Conference.

Diversity & Inclusion Scholarships
Open to non-members to apply. Candidates must be individuals from groups underrepresented in EACE and must be either a professional or graduate student working in the field of HR, career services or another related field that is connected to EACE.

| EACE25 Registration and Cancellation Policy |
|
To secure early bird rates, all fees must be paid or checks postmarked by the early bird deadline of May 2, 2025. Unpaid registrations after that date may be reassigned at the regular rate.
To secure event registration, all fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event (by June 18, 2025.). Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled. If a written cancellation request is not received by 5 or more business days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email to [email protected]).
- An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 10 business days prior to the scheduled event
- A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 9 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled event
- No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event
- If the event is cancelled by EACE, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%).
Any cancellation request received fewer than 10 business days prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective committee chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors.
