Virtual (Zoom)

Leading Through Challenging Times is a timely installment of the Leadership Empowerment series, designed specifically for career services and university recruiting professionals. Hosted as a special summer event, this program offers a focused opportunity to build and refine leadership capabilities in the face of today’s evolving challenges. Whether handling budgetary issues, leading through times of turmoil or rebuilding/sustaining your team morale during these uncertain times, participants will gain actionable insights and strategies to lead with confidence, resilience, and empathy.

This engaging event features EACE professionals who will share experiences and specific situations in these areas for the whole group. There will also be a chance to join a break-out room on one of the three topics for further discussion with time for Q&A with our speakers. Attendees will leave equipped not only with a stronger leadership mindset but also with a supportive peer network to continue growing and collaborating with beyond the event. Join us to rev up your leadership skills before the school year starts!
