These awards are designed to honor innovation and contributions to our field, as well as, recognize leadership and best practices in the industries of HR/recruiting and career services.

This award recognizes innovative, creative, and effective methods of delivering services through technology.
*New for 2022* Outstanding Employer Partnership Award
Recognizes an employer that has demonstrated outstanding partnership and commitment to institutions of higher education and future professionals.
Distinguished Leadership Award
This award honors outstanding and lasting contributions of such magnitude and quality to both EACE and the advancement of the field at-large as to merit public recognition and acclaim. This special award, although not necessarily presented every year, honors members whose leadership in strategic alliances/partnerships and/or literary and scholarly contributions have an impact regionally, nationally or internationally.
Innovation in Diversity and Inclusion Award
This award honors EACE members who have made outstanding contributions and demonstrated innovation in work in the field of minority affairs and special populations.
Innovation in Program Development Award
This award honors outstanding program development in either recruiting or career services that can serve as a model program for others in the field to replicate.

EACE Service Awards
These awards are designed to recognize outstanding member service and involvement with our Association.
Tribute Award
Recognizes members who have consistently impacted and made lasting contributions to EACE through service, participation and leadership. The recipients of this award have had at least 6 years of involvement within the organization.
Outstanding Member Award
Awarded to member(s) who have made outstanding contributions through their involvement in EACE with a membership of at least 3 years or greater.
Rising Star Award
Awarded to member(s) who have made outstanding contributions through their involvement in EACE within the first 3 years of membership.
