Hotel Reservations

EACE Annual Conference attendees can book a room at the group rate of $169 per night (plus taxes/fees) while vacancy lasts or until the deadline of June 3, 2025. The EACE group rate is available from Monday, June 23 through Saturday, June 28, based on hotel availability. Please note that your credit card will only be charged upon check-in. Cancellations may be made with a refund of your deposit up to 72 hours in advance of your check-in date.

Albany International Airport

The closest airport is Albany International Airport (ALB) and is approximately 10 miles from the Hilton Albany Hotel. Estimated taxi fare is $30.00 USD one-way. There is a bus line that runs between the Albany International Airport and the Hilton Albany Hotel. The bus trip takes about 40 minutes. UBER and Lyft services are also available in Albany.
