The way we work, employer recruiting patterns, and student attitudes and behaviors have all undergone significant shifts over the past three years; and there is no sign of it slowing down. Joining us for this session is National Association of Colleges and Employer’s (NACE) Executive Director, Shawn VanDerziel, who will take the audience on an information packed journey to understand what’s happening in the career development and early career talent acquisition space. We will explore the most up to date research and insights gleaned, as well as provide the audience with what this means going forward - the trends that are emerging and predictions for what’s next.
