2026-2027 Board of Directors Nominations


As an EACE member, identifying and promoting leaders among us to serve on the EACE Board of Directors is our duty and responsibility. The future success of our organization is dependent on those who guide our association and make critical decisions on our behalf.

  • Do you or someone you know want to get more involved with EACE while learning valuable leadership skills and impacting our field? 

  • Is there a fellow committee member or co-chair who has shown great promise to serve in a higher leadership role?

Members are encouraged to either self-nominate or nominate a fellow member who has shown great promise to serve on the board of directors. The following positions will need to be filled beginning July 1, 2026. Click on the board positions to review role descriptions and responsibilities. You may check someone's EACE member status by searching the online membership directory.

How to Complete a Nomination

  • Ensure that the person you intend to nominate is willing to be nominated for the position.
  • Nominator completes the nomination form linked below.
  • HQ will contact the nominee to complete a nominee questionnaire. 
  • If it is a self-nomination, only the nomination form needs to be filled out. 
  • Please note, a nomination is not considered complete until both the nomination form and the nominee questionnaire are submitted.
  • A nominee may be nominated by more than one member, but the nominee will only need to complete one nominee questionnaire. If the nominee is nominated for multiple different positions, HQ will ask them to provide an order of preference which will be communicated to the Nominating Committee.
 

Nominations are open February 2 - March 6, 2026.

 

Timeline

February 2 - March 6: Nominations are open

March 9 - 13: Nominating Committee reviews nominations and creates slate

March 23: All nominees will be notified whether they are on the slate or not.

March 30 - April 10: Election takes place via electronic vote. All members are encouraged to vote.

April 13: All nominees are notified of the outcome of the election.

April 30: Election results will be announced in the April Newsletter.
