A member micro-credential recognizing meaningful engagement,

professional growth, and contribution to the EACE community.

 

 

Overview

The EACE Elevate Badge highlights members who intentionally deepen their involvement with EACE, participate in professional learning experiences, and reflect on their growth as career services or employer relations professionals.

 

How to Earn the Badge

Members complete the following activities during the year:

  1. Engage in EACE programming: attend at least one:

    1. Virtual Program/Webinar

    2. In-Person Meet-Up

    3. Professional Exchange Visit

  2. Participate in one deeper-engagement activity

    1. Serve on an EACE committee or subcommittee

    2. Participate in the EACE Mentor Matching Program

    3. Join an EACE affinity group

    4. Attend the EACE27 Annual Conference
  3. Prepare and submit a short blog reflection that addresses how your engagement with EACE connects with one of the themes below:

    1. Connect – Networking, engagement, relationship-building

    2. Elevate – Skill development and professional growth

    3. Explore – Early-career or discovery-focused learning

  4. Complete a brief post-credential survey
    1. Members assess their progress related to the badge’s learning outcomes.

 

Learning Outcomes

Members who earn the Elevate Badge will:

  • Strengthen professional engagement in the EACE community

  • Build confidence in professional networking and communication

  • Align their own development with EACE’s mission and career services competencies

  • Increase familiarity with trends, tools, and practices in the field

  • Demonstrate reflective practice through a structured blog post

 

From 2025-2026 Badge Recipients:

"I believe the experience was valuable from a learning perspective."

Show Off Your Engagement!

Once you earn the EACE Elevate Badge, you'll be issued a virtual credential through Certifier that you can share on social media!
