Sponsorship Committee

Committees run concurrently with EACE's fiscal year, July 1 - June 30. 

Committee Purpose/Mission:

Develops EACE's sponsorship offerings, manages relationships with current sponsors, solicits new annual sponsors, and solicits exhibitors for the Exhibit Hall at the Annual Conference.

Requirements of the Sponsorship Committee Co-Chairs:

  • Works with HQ to determine sponsorship opportunities
  • Works closely with the Annual Conference Committee 
  • Develops and conducts outreach campaigns to potential conference exhibitors and year-round sponsors
  • Assists in development of exhibitor-specific events at the conference such as Showcase event, Exhibitor Passport etc.
  • Assists HQ on-site with exhibitor check-in 
  • Manages relationships with sponsors to ensure utilization of sponsorship benefits and positive experience with EACE.
  • Additional events/initiatives must be approved by board liaison

 

A committee charter, including timeline and resources, is in progress.

Must be logged-in and a member of EACE Leadership or Sponsorship Committee to access.
