EACE21 Virtual Conference | June 23-24, 2021

For 22 years, the EACE Annual Conference has been the region's premier professional development and networking event. Over the years, we have brought together thousands of college/university career services and HR/recruiting professionals for events packed with networking, learning and fun.

Last year's EACE20 Virtual Conference opened up new doors for our industry bringing together close to 700 attendees, not just from the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, but from coast to coast! This year, EACE is bringing you an "All in, All access" virtual experience with a state-of-the-art platform that allows you to engage in the same quality programming and networking opportunities as an in-person event, all from the comfort of your own home. Watch this short video to get a sneak peek at the virtual platform! Attendees can look forward to:

Individual Registration

Early Bird Rate: $189 | Regular Rate after June 1, 2021: $239

Group Registration

New this year, EACE is offering a 20% office discount on a bundle of five tickets! To apply this discount, simply select the Group Conference Registration option on the attendee registration form. 

Early Bird Rate: $750 | Regular Rate after June 1, 2021: $950

If you are an EACE member, you must be logged into the website in order to receive member pricing. You cannot register other individuals in your group membership unless you are purchasing a group bundle. All Individuals in your group bundle must be active EACE members at the time of purchasing. If you need assistance with your login information, please contact EACE Headquarters at [email protected]

EACE21 Virtual Conference Registration & Cancellation Policy for Attendees

To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event (by June 16, 2021). Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled. If a written cancellation request is not received by 5 or more business days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email to [email protected]).

  • An 85% refund will be granted when an attendee cancellation request is received 10 business days prior to the scheduled event (by June 9, 2021).
  • 50% refund will be granted if the attendee cancellation request is received between 9 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled event (from June 10 to June 16, 2021).
  • No refunds will be granted if the attendee cancellation request is received fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event (after June 16, 2021).
  • If the event is cancelled by EACE, attendee registrations may be extended a full refund (100%).
