Not only will you receive firsthand exposure to where your students will work, but you are able to interact with other career professionals. There is a lot to be said about personally engaging with other career centers, under the umbrella of a wonderful employer, to share ideas. 
I look forward to these visits each summer. It's a great way to brush up on existing connections and learn about current opportunities for our students. EACE and the planning team do an amazing job of organizing these events. 
EACE tours provide a great opportunity to network with employers, and fellow Career Development Professionals. I learn a great deal about company cultures and opportunities available. I look forward to it every year! Thank you, EACE!
