ersity of Washington. Heather graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University
of Michigan and has a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from The Ne
w School and a Certificate in Adult Career Planning and Development from NY
U. She is an MBTI Certified practitioner and was trained as a Certified Soc
ial Sourcing Recruiter and Certified Diversity Recruiter. She currently ser
