Ang Richard, Career Coach & Special Projects Leader, Boston University Center for Career Development
A LinkedIn Top Voice, founder of Professionally Unprofessional, and TEDx speaker, Ang Richard (she/her/hers) bridges generational gaps in the workplace as a sought-after Gen Z career coach. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Boston College, she combines academic insight with practical lived experience to guide early career professionals through the complexities of today's intergenerational workforce. In her role as Career Coach & Special Projects Leader at BU's Center for Career Development, Ang centers belonging, equity, and inclusion in her coaching, data analysis, and thought enhancement in career development, paying particular attention to the challenges that many identity-centered groups face in the world of work.

Chris Miciek, Director, Center for Career Success, Thomas Jefferson University
In 2002 Chris began building the first 100% online career center in the US, pioneering online technology and social media to deliver career development advising and education. Since that start he's presented at state and regional ACEs as well as NACE on online career services and emerging technology, including creating a keynote panel at MWACE 2007 and leading a NACE President's Tech Summit at the 2009 annual conference. More recently, Chris has also authored numerous articles and delivered multiple presentations on emerging technology within career services, especially on the topic of artificial intelligence. He currently serves as Director of Technology on the EACE board.

Flore Dorcely-Mohr, Senior Manager, Campus & Early Careers Recruiting, Maximus
Flore Dorcely-Mohr joined Maximus in April 2021 and is currently the Sr. Manager of the Campus & Early Careers Recruiting team. Under the direction of her Director, Talent Acquisition, Flore executes the team’s recruiting strategy, builds trusting partnerships with college and university career centers and collaborates with business unit hiring managers to fill internship and entry-level opportunities, while managing a world-class and positive hiring experience for candidates.
In addition, Flore is involved in new hire onboarding and orientation, employee retention and mentorship efforts. She works closely with the Global Impact and Belonging department at Maximus. Prior to joining Maximus, Flore spent many years in higher education; she was Senior Director of Career Services at Berkeley College and also served as Assistant Director of Internships and Federal Community Service Programs at Drew University.
Throughout her career, Flore has been active within several professional development associations including the National Association of Colleges and Employers, (NACE), the Nationwide Internship Consortium (NIC), the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE), and the National Society of Experiential Employers (NSEE). Most recently she served on the NACE Opportunity & Access Committee, is currently on EACE’s Programming Committee and the Membership Values Taskforce. She has been quoted as an expert in college student and graduate hiring for The Huffington Post, Nerd Wallet and Yahoo Finance.

Kristen Lopez, Senior Specialist - Recruitment, Maximus
Kristen Lopez joined Maximus in December 2020 and currently serves as a Senior Specialist-Recruitment on the Campus & Early Careers Recruiting team. In her role, Kristen supports the company’s strategic efforts to attract and engage top early career talent, with a focus on creating inclusive and impactful candidate experiences. She partners closely with universities, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to identify strong internship and entry-level candidates, while championing initiatives that support military-connected students and veterans.
A proud military spouse of 20 years, Kristen brings a unique perspective shaped by her background in mental health, specializing in support for military families and veterans. She is deeply committed to service and advocacy, reflected in her leadership roles on the Maximus VETS Employee Resource Group, the Maximus Merchandise Advisory Council, and as a board member and military liaison for Purdue University’s SBIT (science, business, information tech) program.
Kristen is a recognized subject matter expert in campus and early careers recruiting and has presented at major national conferences including NACE. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Based just north of Nashville, Tennessee, Kristen is passionate about helping others grow and thrive, and is known for her dedication to empowering individuals to become their best selves.

Julie Nguyen, Associate Director, Graduate Career Advisor, Babson College F.W. Olin School of Business
Julie Nguyen has built her career supporting students in higher education through roles in admissions, academic advising, cooperative education, and career services. At Babson College, she advises graduate students on their job and internship search, always looking for creative ways to spark engagement in career development. Her current focus is on integrating play into career education, such as through a gamified learning program. For Julie, gamification isn’t just about badges and points. It’s about designing experiences that deepen motivation and make career learning engaging and accessible. Outside of work, her love of play takes a different form: she’s an aspiring puppeteer who has studied hand puppetry, shadow puppetry, ventriloquism, and improvisation.
